ReplyDeleteAnonymous: Thanks for your feedback! Yeah, we're excited that we've been able to create so much savings. I'm glad you understand the trade-off of $$$ for services (and visa versa). But have no fear about landscaping! I think we'll be in great shape. Our new vendor (Alterra Landscape Services) offers apples-to-apples service compared with our old vendor (Signature). We anticipate equal (or better) service for less money. Cross your fingers that Alterra will live up to our expectations (and keep all our grass green). But we think they will. We carefully selected them after a bid process where we spoke with 7 landscape companies. We met with Rich (Alterra's owner) on-site, and we think they will be a great fit. And they're a local company.
ReplyDeletethanks for saving so much money. that's great! but how is landscaping getting cut ____? how are we saving ___? i'm worried. can we really aford to spend ___ here? the grass is already dying.
