ReplyDeleteHave you guys gotten a notice from county in regards with new valuation of your property for property tax purposes? I have. It is around $240K. Last year it was $187K. This is a major increase. That means we will have to pay more property taxes in year 2010. How about appealing this together as a group? We are living in a an affordable housing and property taxes should not go higher than what they are already. Thanks.
